Sir Willard Barr is a mindset coach, poet, and spoken word artist who has received honors from The Bahamas National Poetry Competition and the South Bahamas Conference of S.D.A for his writings. He currently resides in The Bahamas, one of the most beautiful places in the world.  He has spent over a decade crafting his writing and has produced critically acclaimed spoken word videos that have been nationally syndicated throughout television networks in the country. He enjoys public speaking events and inspiring others to reach peak performance in their daily lives. He had a weight loss success story where he lost 50lbs in 6 months in 2021. (230lbs to 180lbs). He is a practicing Christian and believes that with the right guidance, everyone can live a life of happiness and success.
